"My folks and I have been with State Farm for 48 years, and for good reason.Your agents (here as well) have always treated us with kindness and respect, and have walked us through anything we didn't understand. I have never had to file a claim..(except a window replacement) until my Chevy Trail Blazer(my forever dream car) was hit and totalled on March 3 of this year. I was in the middle of moving..(had to be out by April 1st.) I was devastated and stressed beyond belief! State Farm walked me through everything ..at my pace and were truly a God send.I will forever be greatful to you all. Still...all I want is my Chevy back. Within 3 weeks I had my check and was able to buy(not a new car..) ..that day, a 2020 Jeep Renegade Latitude. SUV 4x4...which I'm extremely unhappy with.. (Through no fault of yours.) Because within a month my transmission started going out. I paid $28,000 for a car I can't take out of town! I'm at a loss for I paid over $4000. To make sure I was covered with every warranty should anything happen! To be told I had to pay out of pocket for 2 weeks for a rental car. This was all through Lawley's in town. I cannot be without a car, as I am a cancer patient and HAVE to be mobile 100% of the time for treatment.. Or I could die, literally. Lawley's did not care at all...I cannot afford a rental for 2 weeks or2 days even on my income. I'm putting this out there because all of you have always gone above and beyond your job description for me and I'm hoping there is something I'm missing. "I had the worst experience with state farm that i've had with any other company. I do not recommend. They dropped me from their insurance because I had filed a roof claim and had a previous inquiry. So I had less than thirty days to shop around for a new HOMEOWNERS insurance. The agent that came out only covered half of my roof because he said I only had damage ON the side will facing the mountains that is absolutely absurd! I ended up paying for more than half out of my own pocket because they scam you and put figures on depreciation values that you have no idea if their correct or not. And they take forever to get back to you after you've left numerous messages. They are scam do not use state farm!"
